4- Feelings are often experienced during pregnancy. Especially in the first months, this is a brand new experience for both of you, your partner and those around you. Don’t be afraid to discuss this situation with those around you. Be open to communication. Tell your partner how you feel so he or she knows what to do. Explain that sometimes you feel like crying, or that you can get angry out of the blue for something that never happened.
